Note: if you are a web developer. Please do not make the same mistake I did and use GoDaddy or AIRO without reading new reviews. I was accustomed to universal & basic services provided by other Hosting providers and Website building services that were selected by the organizations I would work for being similar to one another respectively - so when choosing a provider for making this site on my personal time, I picked GoDaddy & Airo off the cuff. I thought since GoDaddy was an early mover in WebHosting, that it has moved since then to equal its newer competitors/providers (I had used GoDaddy back in high school computer science 20 years ago, and assumed it had been modernized/changed to match the other hosts during that time.) No.
Please read reviews on GoDaddy& AIRO before selecting them as your hosting or development providers, I had not known prior to selecting GoDaddy as host that is was in the legacy system retiring part of its lifecycle relative to the industry.

I have listed some of their more positive reviews as of 3/30/26 above. Those reviews seem very well matched to their services and support I have experienced the past month of building out this site.
GoDaddy’s own support/AI is prone to just crashing before you even get to a human. Be prepared to wait 30+ minutes before it gets out of its own loops, before you can ask a question. It will often provide answers that will just randomly ask about unrelated products - before you can even get to a human. When you do - be prepared to go through several humans on the same support call - who may also experience random crashes. [See recent support chat log below]
But GoDaddy’s own AI/support, will suddenly seem reasonable when you see what they provide your site users in terms of “AI” or support for your hosted website’s users via AIRO.
AIRO AI is not just as ineffective, but there are very limited options. As a web building tool, it is just as rigid in functionality. It seems like a last minute patch together trying to keep up with its newer competitors.
Also please note in regards to its limitations. Your own website users will be forced to give name & email in order to use any AIRO AI product you purchase, or any support your users attempt. There is no option to change that, even in a direct request - their backend to AIRO is apparently set in stone. See recent support chat log below] GoDaddy too will then collect this email even if you are using private mail servers - as it’s being collected by AIRO/GoDaddy before being forwarded to any proxies.
If you are attempting to integrate or run a WordPress site alongside as a separate product, be prepared for a similar clunky patchwork. (Also as far as GoDaddy Support, be prepared for both the 30+ minutes of AI to confuse the two, no matter how specific you are. Then be prepared for the humans to do the same. It can take up to an hour, before they even identify the product you want to ask a question about - (even when you are originating the support call from that product.)
As for their analytics, just get ready to be chasing them. In terms of comparing their dashboard to the other providers I have used - it’s like comparing a brand new Tesla Dashboard to some 1980s Oldsmobile Dashboard whose analog clock seems to always be 6 hours behind no matter how many times you reset it.
Again, please read the reviews out there if you are going to be using GoDaddy or AIRO to host/build your website.
